Wisgu, hater of elves and dwarves, ruler of the first covenant is an intangible figure of dust and pure energy. In the Third Age, Wisgu entered into covenant with the Morgalas, enslaving them to perpetual servitude. His servants Turzzi and Ylvath take the form of earthen statues. The Morgalas correspond to the lower servants of the other demons. Among them, the most powerful are usually also pactors Wisgus. But also among humans Wisgu is popular with some wicked mages because he gives power over Morgalas which as henchmen and warriors can often turn a battle by their sheer mass and deviousness. Furthermore, the demonologist who uses Wisgu's power is able to summon dead dwarves again as his undead servants, not only Morgalas. The price, however, is that after a longer time with Wisgu the hatred for elves and dwarves increases in such a way that a life with those beings is no longer possible. It is also rumored that those beings are sacrificed by some sects of Wisgu. Especially elves are said to be particularly liked by the Wisgu.
