Ice grain

This is a hardy grain grown by the Nordic peoples of Tirakan. The plant has a height of 15 fingers at its harvest time in winter, and each ear produces 10 to 15 grains. The peoples who feed on it believe that if they eat it as raw and pristine as possible, it will give them tremendous strength.
