Taxaros is a powerful fire elemental, who is estimated to have been summoned to the Academy of Jaar in Tirakan in the 8th century by Master Astrum Fabula, but it is unclear how Fabula was able to accomplish this, as he was a master of black magic in Jaar, it is assumed that he had the help of an elementalist in the ritual that took several decades to bind Taxaros.

Taxaros continues to exist in the tail of Taxaros, a bow that was ensouled with him, such an ensoulment is considered impossible on Tirakan even under magic level 5.
